PTV Dubai Branch (PTV) is transportation engineering and transit planning company headquartered in Dubai UAE, and is a branch of the parent company PTV AG in Karlsruhe, Germany. PTV provides transportation consultancy services, software and research for travel, traffic and transportation planning.
Whether road, rail or public transport – intelligent consulting and planning designed to optimize and use traffic and transportation systems is the key focus of activities within the Traffic Business Field of PTV. In this field PTV works primarily with local authorities, private and public transport operators, public transport companies and transport consortia as well as with engineering offices and the industry.
In addition to its transportation consultancy services, PTV also provides software sales, technical support, and training for PTV Vision Suite, including VISUM module for traffic and transportation planning, and VISSIM module for microscopic traffic flow simulation with advanced 3D animation.

PTV Middle East is committed to support the PTV Vision Suite users through an array of comprehensive courses. Our trainers are expert users of the PTV Vision Suite, having applied the software on several engineering and planning projects. In addition, our trainers work directly with PTV developers to continually enhance the PTV Vision products. We have developed these courses to help our clients fully utilize their investment in the PTV Vision Suite.
PTV Middle East provides several courses for varying levels of experience. The Intro courses are designed for those users who have just been introduced to the models. The Advanced courses are designed for users with some experience or have worked on several projects applying the model. We strongly encourage our clients to take the Intro course prior to taking Advance courses.
You will find regularly scheduled training at least two times per year. In addition, customized training for all PTV Vision Suite® software are offered. The same training formats used in public training sessions are typically used for private, customized sessions.
For those clients that can not attend our scheduled training or prefer a specialized course, we offer custom training at their location.
